New Forest Self Catering
This charming self catering secluded cottage is situated in an idyllic location and has been created from part of the owners family home for use of guests and holiday visitors.
The cottage annex is tucked down a private driveway enjoying superb views across fields and the forest with its abundance of wildlife.
All rooms are on ground floor level with the private annex entrance and patio area to the rear of the property. The cottage annex has been recently renovated to a high standard providing comfort and convenience with a large open garden and various seating areas.

The patio entrance leads into the new refurbished Holiday Cottage New Forest annex kitchen with modern appliances, washer dryer, built in oven & ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster with a bistro table and chairs overlooking the garden.
The fully equipped Self Catering New Forest accommodation kitchen leads to the hallway with modern shower room.

From the hallway there is a good size living / dining room with flat screen TV/DVD, WIFI, dining table & chairs and sofa bed. There is a selection of DVD’s and books and the large window overlooks the garden.
There are two double bedrooms and all linen is provided.

Bedroom One Double, can be a made with twin beds
Bedroom One (with or without cot) has twin beds that can be linked together to make a king size bed, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets and open views of the countryside.

Holiday Cottage New Forest
Sleeps 2 / 4 persons.
Central heating throughout, towels are provided in each bedroom with beds ready made-up so you may relax and enjoy your stay straightaway.
The private and enclosed large garden is fully available to guests with a patio area and table and chairs. The garden overlooks the countryside with deer, cows, pheasant, and buzzards often seen. Various seating areas in the garden are available with wonderful views. At night the owls hoot!
A warm welcome awaits your arrival with tea, coffee, sugar to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
No smoking in the New Forest Cottages accommodation but you are welcome to smoke in the garden.
Arrival anyday bookings or short breaks.
Arrival 4pm onwards.
Departure by 10am.
Regret no pets, although the owners have dog.
There are no hidden extras.
This is why you come to the New Forest. The cottage was very well equipped and comfortable and a good base to explore the New Forest as well as having great views itself, we just had to walk a few moments from our door to be met with horses and cows roaming the streets. Our kids loved it being so close to nature.
We were there for six days and could have stayed longer so much to see and do we are already planning our next trip. Look forward to coming back soon. Many thanks……….’
We have stayed in many new forest cottages before but found that the accommodation here was definitely the best by far. We absolutely had a great time there and being so close to walks especially bolderwood was great for a day out.
The walk to Lyndhurst only took ten minutes and there were some great places to eat, must mention the thatched pub at the end of the lane had a lovely evening there and could stroll back to our accommodation with no need to drive.
We must say thank you again for a lovely comfortable place to stay in such a beautiful setting and for such a warm welcome.
