The property is located in what is considered to be the best road in Lyndhurst and a short 3 minute walk to the thatched child friendly pub at the end of the lane where you have on offer real ales and great food. Within walking distance of around 8 minutes is the village of Lyndhurst. What is the point of being miles away from anything and having to drive everywhere? Along the lane you can walk straight into the New Forest and walk for miles greeting the many ponies which wanderer freely.

The accommodation has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is child friendly with a polly highchair and cot freely available. The accommodation which includes everything and being all on the ground level attracts many elderly guests who prefer easy access and comfort. The property is set within wonderful private grounds overlooking the countryside. In the gardens you often see deer, pheasants, cows, pigs and buzzards. At night badger feeding takes place at around 11pm and you will see badgers having their nightly feed on peanut butter sandwiches. In the garden you will hear no sounds of road noise just the occasional distance ringing of bells from the lovely church of St. Michael & All Angels, or the hooting of owls at dusk.
